TRAUMA AND SPECIALIST HOSPITAL, WINNEBA TO CONDUCT MASS BURIAL

The Trauma and Specialist Hospital, Winneba has issued a public statement on 13th May to notify the public that the hospital will carry out mass burial for Thirty – Six (36) unclaimed dead bodies as part of routine measure to decongest the mortuary. According to the letter the general public is being informed to contact the hospital to identify and claim bodies of their relatives who are suspected to be dead or have not been see in a couple of weeks ago. Failure to do so will result in a mass burial of the Thirty – Six (36) unclaimed bodies after 21 days of the notice. According to the junior Administrator of the Hospital all the necessary steps are being taken to ensure a successful exercise. Below is a Signed copy of  letter  with attached list of the unacclaimed bodies by the Hospital’s Medical Director – Dr Prah George Kwame.
